Malware Bytes - Very easy to use and is very effectove at removing most malware programs.  For best result run it in "Safe Mode".

Clean Up! - A very powerful file deletion utility which when run on your computer will free up large amounts of space used by temporary files.  Most downloaded Spyware and spam reside in temp folder located on the C drive.  This program will delete most programs even when they cant be deleted manually.  

Spybot - Even after installing other programs, Spybot may still find remnants or other full programs that remain on your system.
